Business systems · built to order

Built around
how you work.

The systems your business runs on, built around how you actually work.

We design and build business software to order: customer and sales systems, operations and finance, people and projects, content and product data, data and integration, and enterprise AI. Six families, one team, one set of records underneath.

Six families. One set of records underneath.

Every company runs on a set of systems with three-letter names. Most were bought one at a time, each for a good reason, and none of them was chosen to work with the others. The cost shows up as retyping, reconciling and arguing about whose number is right.

We build these systems to order, or extend and connect the ones you already have. They are grouped below into six families because that is how a business experiences them: by what it is trying to do, not by acronym.

016 systems

Customers and revenue.

One record of every customer, from first click to repeat order.

CRM, quoting, marketing automation, customer data and customer support, built to order and joined to each other, so sales, marketing and service all see the same customer.

This family is the fix. Each system below can be built on its own. They are designed on one customer record, so adding the second system does not mean copying the first one's data into it.

026 systems

Operations, supply and finance.

From purchase order to delivered order to closed books, in one flow.

ERP, supply chain, warehouse, order, point-of-sale and accounting systems, built to order around the way your operation really runs, and joined so a number entered once is right everywhere.

These six systems are one flow seen from different desks: buying, storing, selling, delivering and accounting. We build each to stand alone, and design them to share one set of records for items, suppliers, customers and stock.

043 systems

Content, assets and product information.

Every page, image and product fact, kept once and published everywhere.

Content management, digital asset management and product information management, built to order so the website, the catalogue, the marketplace listing and the sales deck all say the same thing.

These three systems hold the three things that get published: words and pages, images and video, and the facts about each product. Kept once and sent to every channel, they stop the drift.

056 systems

Data, integration and automation.

Systems that talk to each other, work that moves by itself, and numbers you can trust.

Data platforms, business intelligence, analytics and decision systems, integration platforms, APIs and business process automation, built to order so information entered once flows everywhere it is needed.

This family is the plumbing and the instruments: moving data between systems, automating the steps people repeat, and turning what the systems hold into numbers a decision can rest on. It is also the foundation any serious use of AI stands on.

064 systems

AI, custom software and transformation.

Intelligence designed in, software that is yours alone, and the old estate made new.

Enterprise AI agents and assistants, custom enterprise software, AI strategy and implementation, and digital transformation: the work of changing how a company runs, done by the team that builds the systems.

It is listed last and it is where we come from. Quantum Beetle builds enterprise intelligence that runs on a company's own infrastructure, and the same engineers build the systems around it.

07True of all of them

Six things that do not change.

Whichever system it is, it is built the same way.
Fig. 07Yours to keep

01

One set of records underneath

Customers, products, suppliers, people and stock are each defined once. A second system joins the first; it does not start a competing copy.

02

Built around your process

We write down how the work is really done before designing a screen. The system follows the process you run well, and the specification says so in your words.

03

Buy, extend or build, said honestly

Where a product you can buy would serve you better, we say so. Where the system you have only needs one missing piece, we build that piece.

04

Intelligence designed in, not bolted on

The same team builds enterprise AI. Clean data, proper interfaces and a record of every event are there from the start, so intelligence can be added when it will pay.

05

Runs where you decide

Your own servers, a private cloud or a cloud account that belongs to you. Customer, employee and financial data stays on infrastructure you control.

06

Yours to keep

You own the code, the data, the configuration and the documentation. There is no licence fee to us and nothing stopping another team from taking it on.

08How a system gets built

Five steps, in the open.

  1. 01

    Listen

You describe the work and where it hurts. We look at the systems and the data you have now.

  2. 02

    Specify

A written specification: what the system does, what it does not, what it connects to and how we will know it works. A clear quote before any work starts.

  3. 03

    Build in stages

A working piece at each stage, on real data, so you steer early. The part that matters most comes first.

  4. 04

    Move the data

Existing records mapped, cleaned of duplicates and reconciled against the old system before anything is switched off.

  5. 05

    Hand over

Training, documentation and the keys. Your team can run it, and we keep it working for as long as you want us to.

A clear quote before any work starts. You own what we build. Your data stays yours.

09Questions

Before you ask.

Questions

Do you build all thirty of these systems?

We build business systems as one discipline: the same data modelling, engineering, integration and intelligence, applied to whichever system a company needs. The thirty names are the forms that work takes. A given project is usually one or two of them, designed so the next can join.

Should we build custom software or buy a product?

Buy when a product fits how you work and the price is fair; most standard needs are well served. Extend when the system you have is sound and one piece is missing. Build when the process is what makes your business different, when you would be bending several products to fit, or when the data must stay on your own infrastructure. We tell you which we think applies before quoting.

Can you work with the systems we already have?

Yes. Much of this work is connecting, cleaning and extending existing systems: an ERP that stays, with a warehouse system, a customer portal or an intelligence layer built around it.

How much does a custom business system cost?

It depends on the scope, the data and where it must run, and a figure given before seeing those is a guess. We agree a written specification and give a clear quote before any work starts, stage by stage, with the cost of running the system afterwards stated alongside.

Who owns the system when it is finished?

You do. Source code, database, designs, infrastructure configuration and documentation are yours, and your data stays yours throughout.

Where is the AI in all this?

Wherever it saves reading, matching, predicting or drafting, and nowhere else. Each system page says where intelligence helps and where it does not. It is built to run on your infrastructure, to explain each result and to leave decisions with people.

Do you work with companies outside India?

Yes. We work with businesses of every size, anywhere in the world, remotely or on site.

Tell us which system is holding you back.

What it is, what it should do and what it has to connect to. A person reads it and replies honestly about whether to buy, extend or build.
