Questions

Should we build custom software or buy a product?

Buy for standard functions — accounting, HR, CRM, support — where good products exist. Build when the work is specific to how you operate and no product fits without bending the organisation around it, or when the data cannot leave your network. Most companies do both; the mistake is building what can be bought.

How much does custom software development cost in India?

It depends on scope, integrations and what it must run on, and a figure quoted before the specification is written is a guess. We write the specification first, quote against it, and state the cost of running the system after hand-over — licences, hosting, support — alongside the cost of building it.

How do you keep a custom build from going over time and budget?

A written specification before build, work delivered in short visible stages so problems surface early, and scope changes written down and priced when they happen rather than absorbed in silence. You see working software every week or two.

Can you integrate with SAP or our ERP?

Yes. Integrating with SAP, other ERPs, CRMs and operational systems is much of what custom software is for, and our enterprise intelligence systems are built on exactly that data. We handle the integration with the same care as the product: errors seen, retries handled, reconciliation visible.

Can the software run on our own servers rather than the cloud?

Yes. We design for cloud or on-premise as you need, and for organisations whose data cannot leave their network we build on their infrastructure by default — the same principle as our enterprise AI.

Can AI be part of a custom system?

Where it helps — reading and structuring documents, matching and de-duplicating records, classifying, answering questions from your own material — we design it in from the start, with confidence scores and a person in the loop, and with models that run where your data is.

Who owns the software afterwards?

You do: code, infrastructure configuration, documentation and any models or indexes built for you. We can maintain it under a separate, cancellable arrangement or hand it to your team.
