Questions

Where should a company start with AI?

With one problem that is costly, frequent and measurable, on data it already has. An audit of readiness and opportunity comes first if you are unsure which. Starting with a platform, a tool or a slogan is how budgets are spent with nothing to show.

Does our data leave the company?

Not unless you choose it. Our systems are built to run on your own infrastructure with local language models by default; an outside AI service is an explicit decision, for a stated reason.

Do you advise only, or build as well?

Both, and that is the point. Advice from people who will have to build what they recommend is shorter and more careful.
