Applicant tracking system development.

An applicant tracking system follows every candidate for every job, from application to offer.

We build it to order, around the way you work, or extend and connect the one you already have.

01What it is

In plain words.

An applicant tracking system follows every candidate for every job, from application to offer.

Hiring through an inbox loses good people. Applications arrive in five places, a strong candidate waits two weeks because nobody knew whose turn it was, and the same person is interviewed twice by teams that never compared notes.

An ATS gives hiring a pipeline, the way a CRM gives one to sales. Every candidate has a stage, an owner and a history, and the company builds a pool of people it has already met for the next opening.

02What it includes

Every part, explained.

6 parts. Each can be built by itself; together they are one system.

01

Recruitment management

Requisitions and approvals, job descriptions, postings to your careers page and job boards, agency and referral sources, and budget and headcount tracked against plan.

02

Candidate tracking

Each candidate on a stage for each job, with every email, note, score and decision on one timeline, and nobody left without a reply.

03

Resume management

Resumes parsed into searchable records, duplicates merged, and a talent pool you can search by skill, experience and location years later.

04

Interview workflows

Scheduling against real calendars, interview kits and scorecards so each interviewer assesses something different, and feedback collected before the debrief, not during it.

05

AI candidate screening

Built to read applications against the stated requirements of the role, sort them for a recruiter's attention and show what each ranking is based on. It is designed to assist a person's review, with protected characteristics kept out of the inputs and a human making every decision to reject or advance.

06

Recruitment automation

Acknowledgements, reminders, scheduling links, offer letters, background-check requests and hand-over to onboarding, so recruiters spend their time talking to people.

Buy, extend or build?

Buy an ATS if you hire in ordinary volumes through ordinary channels. Build when hiring is your business, as in staffing and recruitment firms, when you hire at very high volume with assessments of your own, or when the ATS must run as one system with your HRMS.

Where intelligence fits

Screening people by model carries real risk of unfairness, and the law in several countries treats it as high-risk use. We build it as a sorting aid with visible reasons, test it for skew on your own data, keep a person in every decision and record how each one was made. Where that cannot be done properly, we advise against using it.

04How we build it

Five steps, in the open.

  1. 01

    Listen

You describe the work and where it hurts. We look at the systems and the data you have now.

  2. 02

    Specify

A written specification: what the system does, what it does not, what it connects to and how we will know it works. A clear quote before any work starts.

  3. 03

    Build in stages

A working piece at each stage, on real data, so you steer early. The part that matters most comes first.

  4. 04

    Move the data

Existing records mapped, cleaned of duplicates and reconciled against the old system before anything is switched off.

  5. 05

    Hand over

Training, documentation and the keys. Your team can run it, and we keep it working for as long as you want us to.

One set of records underneath

Customers, products, suppliers, people and stock are each defined once. A second system joins the first; it does not start a competing copy.

Runs where you decide

Your own servers, a private cloud or a cloud account that belongs to you. Customer, employee and financial data stays on infrastructure you control.

Yours to keep

You own the code, the data, the configuration and the documentation. There is no licence fee to us and nothing stopping another team from taking it on.

05Questions

Before you ask.

Questions about ATS

Is AI screening of candidates fair and legal?

It can be done responsibly, and it can be done badly. A responsible build keeps protected characteristics out, shows why each candidate was ranked as they were, is tested for bias on your own data, and leaves every decision to a person. The rules differ by country and we design to the ones that apply to you.

Can it post to job boards and our careers page?

Yes. Jobs are published from one place, and applications from every source land in the same pipeline.

Is it useful for a recruitment agency?

Yes. For agencies it combines with a CRM: clients and vacancies on one side, candidates on the other, and placements, fees and contracts between them.

How the work runs today, what the system must do and what it has to connect to. A person reads it and replies honestly about whether to buy, extend or build.
