Campaign management
Plan, build, approve, schedule and measure a campaign in one place, across email, messaging, web and paid channels, with the budget and the result side by side.
01Customers & revenue · Marketing automation
Marketing automation sends the right message to the right person at the right moment, without someone pressing send each time.
We build it to order, around the way you work, or extend and connect the one you already have.
01What it is
Without it, marketing is a series of one-off blasts to the whole list. New enquiries wait days for a first reply, old customers hear nothing until they have already left, and nobody can say which campaign produced which sale.
With it, each person moves along a path set by what they do: they asked for a price, they opened the proposal, they bought once, they have gone quiet. The system does the patient, repetitive part and hands a person to sales at the moment they are ready.
02What it includes
01
Plan, build, approve, schedule and measure a campaign in one place, across email, messaging, web and paid channels, with the budget and the result side by side.
02
Welcome series, reminders, renewals, abandoned-basket and re-order messages, sent on a trigger and stopped the moment they no longer apply. Deliverability, consent and unsubscribes are handled properly, not bolted on.
03
The long conversation between first interest and readiness to buy: useful material in a sensible order, a score that rises with real interest, and a clean hand-over to a salesperson with the history attached.
04
The whole path drawn out: what happens after signing up, after the first purchase, before a renewal, after a complaint. Each branch is a rule you can see and change.
05
Groups defined by what people are and what they do: industry, size, product owned, last order, pages read. Segments update themselves as the data changes.
06
Which source, campaign and message led to which enquiry and which sale, in terms a finance director accepts. The report follows the money, not the open rate.
07
Built to choose the send time and the next message for each person, draft variations for testing, and spot the segment a marketer did not think to define. People set the limits and approve the words.
Buy, extend or build?
Buy a marketing platform if you are a typical online business; they are good and cheap to start. Build when your journeys depend on data those platforms cannot reach, such as orders, service history or machine usage, when list size makes the licence the largest marketing cost, or when customer data must not leave your servers.
Where intelligence fits
Intelligence here is pattern-finding over behaviour: who tends to buy after doing what, and which message helps. It works well where there is enough history, and we say so plainly where there is not. Generated copy is always a draft for a person to approve.
03What it works with
Part of a family
Customers and revenue: One record of every customer, from first click to repeat order.
04How we build it
Listen
You describe the work and where it hurts. We look at the systems and the data you have now.
Specify
A written specification: what the system does, what it does not, what it connects to and how we will know it works. A clear quote before any work starts.
Build in stages
A working piece at each stage, on real data, so you steer early. The part that matters most comes first.
Move the data
Existing records mapped, cleaned of duplicates and reconciled against the old system before anything is switched off.
Hand over
Training, documentation and the keys. Your team can run it, and we keep it working for as long as you want us to.
Customers, products, suppliers, people and stock are each defined once. A second system joins the first; it does not start a competing copy.
Your own servers, a private cloud or a cloud account that belongs to you. Customer, employee and financial data stays on infrastructure you control.
You own the code, the data, the configuration and the documentation. There is no licence fee to us and nothing stopping another team from taking it on.
05Questions
Questions about marketing automation
Email marketing sends a message to a list. Marketing automation decides who should get which message, when, based on what they did, across more than one channel, and passes ready buyers to sales.
That is where most of its value comes from. A reminder triggered by a real order date beats any amount of generic newsletters.
Yes. Consent, preferences and unsubscribes are recorded per person and per channel, and enforced before anything is sent.

How the work runs today, what the system must do and what it has to connect to. A person reads it and replies honestly about whether to buy, extend or build.
