Quantum Beetle's enterprise products are four systems, each built for one kind of company data. They run on a client's own servers, beside SAP or another ERP, and they share one intelligence layer.
Each one does one job.
01MIDAS: material data
MIDAS stands for Material Intelligence & Data Automation System. It is the flagship. It reads a company's material master, the list of every part and material it buys, stores and maintains, and cleans it up: it structures the descriptions, finds duplicates that text search cannot see, reasons about which parts can stand in for which, and puts a gate in front of new codes so the problem stops growing.
It is for plants and companies with a large, old material master.
02ARGUS: finance
ARGUS is built to check every payment and invoice and flag the ones that look wrong, such as duplicates and anomalies, with the reason shown. It is for finance teams that today can only audit a sample.
03ATLAS: procurement and inventory
ATLAS is built to compare suppliers, prices and stock across sites, so that the same item is bought once, at the best price, and stock in one place is visible to another. It is for companies where each site buys on its own.
04MNEMOS: knowledge and documents
MNEMOS is built to answer questions from an organisation's own documents, contracts, drawings, policies and reports, with the source shown. It is for organisations whose knowledge is spread across files and systems.
05What the four have in common
- They run on the client's own infrastructure, with local AI models by default.
- They are built rules first, meaning next, AI reasoning last.
- Every decision is explained, with its evidence.
- They share one intelligence layer: what one learns, the others can use.
- The client owns the result.
06Smaller ways in
- Modular Intelligence: one layer for one problem, added to the system you already run. For example a duplicate payment check, a pre-procurement check, a master-data quality layer or an enterprise search layer.
- Rapid Deployments: ready-made automations you can switch on. Try free, then subscribe.
- Custom Intelligence: a system built around a problem no product fits, then handed over.
Start with the one problem that costs you most.
In short
- MIDAS cleans and structures material master data and stops new duplicates.
- ARGUS is built to check payments and invoices; ATLAS to compare suppliers, prices and stock; MNEMOS to answer from documents.
- All four run on the client's servers and explain their decisions.
- Single-problem layers, ready-made automations and custom systems are smaller ways in.
Questions
What does MIDAS stand for?
Material Intelligence & Data Automation System.
Do the products need SAP?
They are built for organisations running SAP or another ERP, and work with the data those systems hold.
Do I have to buy all four?
No. Each stands alone. Most clients begin with one problem.
Does the data leave our company?
No. The systems run on your own infrastructure. Nothing goes to an outside AI service unless you choose to allow it.
Sounds like your problem?
Tell us about it. We'll say honestly whether the swarm can help, and what it would take.
