There is no price list on the Quantum Beetle site. That is not coyness. A website for a shop and an AI system beside a plant's ERP are different jobs, and a single figure for either would be wrong for most people who read it.
What can be stated plainly is how a price is reached and what you are told before you agree to anything.
01The rule
You see the scope and the price before any work starts. The scope says what will be built and what it must do. The price is for that scope. Nothing is begun on an estimate that might change without your agreement.
02What a quote depends on
- The size of the job: how many page types, screens, systems or records.
- What it must connect to: your ERP, your CRM, your payment provider.
- The state of the data, for anything built on data.
- Where it must run: enterprise systems are deployed on your own infrastructure.
- What you supply: content, access, decisions.
- What you need afterwards: maintenance, support, further stages.
03Scoped to your size
A small business gets a small, clear scope: a website, an app, an automation or a film, scoped to the budget. An enterprise gets a programme. The standard of the work is the same. Only the scale changes.
04Start small
For anything substantial, the sensible first step is one problem: the one that costs you most. Add more only if the first one earns it. This keeps the first commitment modest and gives you a result to judge before you decide on the next stage.
05Ready-made automations
Rapid Deployments are the exception to bespoke scoping. They are packaged pieces of the swarm that are ready to run, which you can try free and subscribe to when they have proved useful.
06What you own
You own what we build. For software and websites that means the code. For enterprise systems it means the system and the intelligence built for you, running on your infrastructure, which your team can run and extend.
07How to get a price
- Write a few lines about your organisation and what you need.
- We reply personally and, if useful, talk it through.
- We send a written scope with a clear quote.
- You decide. Nothing starts before that.
In short
- Quantum Beetle does not publish a price list because every job is scoped to the client.
- You see the scope and the price in writing before any work starts.
- A small business gets a small, clear scope; an enterprise gets a programme.
- Ready-made Rapid Deployments can be tried free, then subscribed to.
Questions
How much does Quantum Beetle charge?
It depends on the scope. There is no standard price. You receive a written scope and a clear quote before any work starts.
Is Quantum Beetle too expensive for a small business?
No. Small businesses are a stated part of who it works with, and the scope is set to the budget.
Is there a free trial?
For Rapid Deployments, yes: try free, then subscribe. Other work is quoted for its scope.
Will the price change during the project?
Only if the scope changes, and only with your agreement in advance.
Sounds like your problem?
Tell us about it. We'll say honestly whether the swarm can help, and what it would take.
